About me

I'm a freelance translator of Chinese background. I started my translation career when I was in China in early 1980s. I arrived in Australia as a migrant in late 1980s, Currently, as a Chinese native speaker, I get involved in translating texts relating to international trade, I/T, education, finance, law, medicine and community service (mainly from English into Chinese). I also work as a lecturer teaching translation theory and methodology in an institute in Melbourne, Australia.

Qualifications

NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) Accreditation as a Translator, from English into Chinese on professional level (NAATI No. 47902)
